Ivan Tan's career has never followed a straight line and that's precisely what makes him different.

He began in the IT industry, where project management was not a title but a daily discipline. That foundation instilled in him a structured, accountable approach to every engagement, one that clients still recognise today in how methodically their projects are handled from brief to delivery.

Ivan then went on to pursue a degree in Accounting & Finance at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, courtesy of a philanthropist's scholarship. That chapter proved formative. It gave him fluency in financial thinking and the ability to read financial statements, understand reporting cycles and write investor-facing content.

His path then moved into publishing. He co-founded homefinder, a self-funded Malaysian property magazine where he spent nearly a decade putting together narratives on property development projects, market trends and corporate profiles. That experience laid the foundation for a practice built on the belief that the right words, properly documented, create lasting value.

Today, Ivan works with founders, corporates and institutions across multiple industries, helping them articulate their brand identity, document their legacy and communicate their value to the audiences that matter most.
